WILL A BIOPTIC TELESCOPE BE SUITABLE FOR ME?

Not everyone will find a
BiOptic Telescopes is right for them. Your visual acuity may be the determining factor. You will need a reasonable standard of vision, including being able to read at least the largest letter on an optician's wall chart.

Like all telescopes, a steady head is needed, making them unsuitable for people with head tremor.

Whilst wearing them manual models have to be adjusted to set the focus. This is not difficult, but some manual dexterity is needed. The Ocutech AutoFocus model overcomes this problem.

All telescopes have a narrow field of view - the greater the magnification, the narrower this field of view becomes.

BiOptic telescopes may NOT be used for driving in the UK, nor for cycling on roads and cycle paths.
